PAGER-3 User Upload Instructions:

We recommend users to upload geneset data using one of the two forms we provide below. For differentially expressed genesets, use the DEG format. For genesets curated from literature, use the LIT format.

      Use this form for submitting differentially expressed genes from your bulk RNA-sequencing or single-cell sequencing experiments.
